It was a night of glitz and glamour for the Atos Care UK Customer Care team who recently attended the ECCCSA Awards in London and came home with the Silver Award for Best Customer Service Team (Small).
225 companies from 36 countries attended as finalists for their categories, with Atos nominated as one of eight finalists up against the likes of Harley Davidson, Mastercard and Severn Trent for the ‘Best Customer Service Team’ category.
Head of Customer Services for Atos Medical UK, Gavin Baker said, “I’m very proud that not only are we finalists, but also recognised as one of the leading customer care teams in Europe. My team put so much effort and energy into supporting their patients they deserve to be acknowledged for such a significant accolade.”
The Customer Service team pride themselves on putting the customers’ needs first, making sure they do the best job for their patients, and working together as one team.
The staff are incredibly dedicated to their roles and invest their time and resources in making every patient feel at ease and more comfortable about living with their condition.
He continues, “At Atos, the customer is truly at the heart of everything we do and this clearly stood out to the judges when reviewing the finalists.”
Best Start Nurse and Inbound Manager, Shamila Ward was one of the Atos representatives in attendance on the night of receiving the award, she stated, “Receiving this recognition not only makes me proud of the team but proves how hard the team work daily. This is such a huge achievement for them and Atos.”
