Atos Care UK Customer Service team have been nominated out of 8 finalists for the ECCCSA Awards 2023 for the ‘Best Customer Service Team’ category up against the likes of Harley Davidson, Mastercard and Severn Trent.
The Customer Service team pride themselves on putting the customers’ needs first, making sure they do the best job for their patients, and working together as one team.
The staff are incredibly dedicated to their roles and invest their time and resources in making every patient feel at ease and more comfortable about living with their condition.
The team are led by Head of Customer Care, Gavin Baker, who has worked within the service industry for over 25 years. He said, “It takes someone quite unique to be able to work in this team. There is so much energy driven by the intrinsic value of what they do, they absolutely love working with our patients and always keep an eye on each other just in case there is a difficult or emotional call. They deserve to be recognised at this European level if solely for the behaviours they demonstrate every day.”
He continues, “I’m so pleased that our team have been recognised as worthy for this award, though it doesn’t surprise me that we’ve made it this far in the process. They work incredibly hard to make sure our patients are cared for and supported, and being recognised by the service industry like this means the world to me and them.”
