Dedicated phone line for clinicians
We understand that your time is valuable. We want to support you with administration in the best way we can. To enable this, we have a direct, priority phone line available where you can register patients, make product approvals or discuss your patient caseload with us.
We know that choosing a supplier for your laryngectomy or tracheostomy patient is a big decision and that you need to feel confident that they are in safe hands.
In addition to supporting patients with understanding their products, our team also serve as a source of support for your patients as they adjust to their ‘new normal’. At Atos Care, we put a strong focus on customer service and support, and we always aim to treat patients and their loved ones with kindness, respect and empathy.
Many of our patients develop strong relationships with their Customer Care Representative, choosing to share information about their lives with us, and viewing us as a regular, caring check-in; particularly for those who are more isolated.
Clear and transparent approvals process
We have implemented a tool that allows us to agree directly with you on which products need to be approved. This helps to give independent patients more choice while helping to protect more vulnerable patients.
You can assign each of your patients a Clinical Approval Requirement (CAR) level depending on their personal circumstances.
Once a product is requested, we will contact you, based upon our agreement, to seek approval where necessary.
