Our experts will provide practical tips on how to get started with HMEs and how to track your progress day and night. You’ll also hear from patients about their experiences using HMEs day and night and find out ways to improve pulmonary health and the importance of hydration, humidification and HMEs.

Our Chair Yoga class will be hosted by an experienced yoga teacher who will help make this session accessible to everyone, regardless of your age or physical ability.

If you have an injury or are limited in terms of mobility, you will find that chair yoga poses are much more accessible. So, why not join us from the comfort of your own home?
