At Atos Care, our mission is to help make life easier for people living with a neck stoma. To help you adjust to your life after a laryngectomy or tracheostomy, we have updated our Atos Care website with a brand new patient blog, new features to make ordering simpler and an overview of the services we offer.

New Atos Care blog

The new Atos Care blog is designed to offer you everyday inspiration along with helpful tips and advice for living well, no matter where you are on your recovery journey. It’s the place to find our top tips, patient testimonials and business updates so you can stay up-to-date with all things Atos Care. We’ll be covering a range of topics within the blog from how to get into a good day and night routine with your HME, how to care for your stoma depending on the season and personal stories from patients. There’s going to be simple and clear videos you can watch for step-by-step tutorials as well as useful links to signpost you to the additional support available to you. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled!

Improved navigation

Moreover, we’ve redesigned the navigation and layout of the website to make it simpler so you can get where you need to go without having to click through pages and pages of content. You can simply hover your mouse over each area of the website and see the relevant sub-sections. This makes it easier for you to find what you need when you need it. The new search bar is much more efficient as it will now bring up everything related to your key search word instead of just products so if you’re searching for a blog post or something to do with our support services, it will show up in a flash!

Easier product ordering 

We’ve also improved how you find and shop for the products you need, with four new categories for better product filtering. You are now able to search by whether products are suitable for those living with a laryngectomy or tracheostomy, the type of product, the specific features and from which range it comes. The improved product filtering is designed to make it quicker and simpler for you to find the products you need. The product pages have also been updated with the key features of each product to allow you to make more informed about the products you’re ordering. It’s also much easier to reorder the products you use with our new order history to allow you to track which products you ordered and when.

Simple online registration

Plus if you’re new to the website but an existing Atos Care customer it’s so much quicker to register on our website! We’ve simplified the registration process to save you time so you can get straight to ordering your products. If you’re not an existing customer, don’t worry! It’s still a simple 5-minute sign-up form on our website, just make sure to have your NHS number to hand so we can make sure you get the appropriate care for your needs. And if you get stuck, please give our friendly Customer Care team a ring as they’ll be able to register you over the phone.
