Atos Care Customer Satisfaction Survey


Atos Care was launched in October 2020, with a desire to provide best-in-class patient support and offer a comprehensive care service for patients. This year we sent out an Atos Care Customer Satisfaction Survey; we invited over 500 service users to complete the survey and provide valuable feedback on our support and services. We are delighted to be able to share the results, and that service users have rated us 4.3 stars for our overall service!


We value our customer’s opinions and saw this as an excellent opportunity to help us to find out if we’re providing patients with a quality service and identify if there are any areas we could improve. At Atos Care, we are passionate about helping to make life easier for people living with a neck stoma.

My focus is always about improving experiences for those who interact and engage with our service and making sure the service we provide is tailored to your needs. I joined Atos Care because they are global leaders in their field and a service that puts patients at the heart of everything they do. In 2022, I will continue to improve patient experiences with the Customer Care team. I value patient feedback and welcome the opportunity to hear from them to make sure that Atos Care is providing the very best service for them and their loved ones.
